THE "CHALLENGE" ROUTE
The Challenge route is a tough 88 mile route that travels through some really scenic countryside. The first 25 miles or so are relatively flat and easy and you are advised not to go to fast in the first 25 miles.
Keep your tinder dry in the first 25 miles
for the battle ahead.
Especially save some leg strength for last major climb which is Cob Lane hill.
