RONDE PICARDE CYCLOSPORTIVE TRIP
DATE OF TRIP: 11-13/09/15
THIS TRIPS IS SOLD OUT !
Above: Riders wait for the mass start.
Our three day trip to Northern France to ride the Ronde Picarde Cyclosportive which is a great end of season cyclosportive to take part in.
Starting in Abbeville the Ronde Picarde is the final event in the Sport Communication Grand Trophee Cycling series.
The Ronde Picarde isn't a tough cyclosportive due to the lack of mountains but there are a few rolling hills to tackle and with the event being timed it is as hard as you make it !
New riders to the event will more than likely think they are in a race due to the fact that everybody starts at the same time in the Ronde Picarde which causes the pace at the beginning to be high and adding to the amazing atmosphere at the start.
It has to be said that this like many continental cyclosportive it is more of a race at the front of the peloton and it's more than likely that there are a few top amateurs and professionals taking part in this popular cyclosportive.
